Video: Introduction to learning about Native America

Hello Educators and students! This video offers a very brief overview of American Indian studies and knowledge of California American Indians specifically around Marin County. Learning about Native American is important to understanding the history of this country and the people who occupied the lands before colonizers settled in. It is important to understand that even though we learn about the history and the past of American Indians in the Unites States, that there are still American Indians living all over the world and from many different kinds of tribes.

Here is a brief list of questions to test your knowledge and what you learned from the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Kefcc2hCwt9DDR-o0r1NAiUFRaACl0Bl/view
